This service provides qualified technical staff that, acting on your behalf, will interface with your service provider (telephone, Internet, etc.) to coordinate equipment installations or troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. This service is designed to help eliminate the “point‐the‐finger” style of problem solving that can often slow down the implementation or issue resolution process, saving valuable time and money.
