We are currently seeking a Network/Systems Engineer to be a part of our IT solutions team. This position works on both individual client projects (installations and support) as well as ongoing managed services programs. If you are ready to make your next move then we are ready to talk to you.
Our Network Engineer reports to the Director of Technical Operations of the company. He/she is responsible for project management, configuration, installation, post-sale maintenance and/or administration of client networks. This key technical position requires both remote and field service support. Standard work week is M-F, 8 to 5 with some required after-hours work for on-call and scheduled installations.
Network Engineer candidates must possess a confident and professional demeanor, client-focused approach, commitment to detail and a quality-oriented attitude.
A clean motor vehicle record and criminal background verification are also required.
Our Managed Services Account Manager is responsible for the sale of the company’s Managed Services Programs to new and existing accounts. Duties include providing sales strategy, support, technical and design assistance. This position plays a critical role in building and sustaining customer and partner relationships, while driving the sale and adoption of our Managed Services program solutions. The Managed Services Account Manager works closely with our Sales and Engineering Teams to maximize opportunities by identifying, developing, accelerating and closing deals from a technical perspective. The Managed Services Account Manager is a high-impact, visible role, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting adoption of our solutions and driving further development and evolution of these solutions to meet future customer needs.
