RECOMMEND FOR: ORGANIZATIONS WITH A BUSY IT STAFF, OR WITHOUT STAFF DEDICATED ONLY TO IT
Technical services from Advanced Network Systems are available on an as-needed basis. Upon the receipt of a remediation support request, our staff is ready to resolve the related security issue(s). In addition to this “reactive” support, clients can purchase proactive maintenance and administrative services as needed. These Technical Services are scheduled based on the severity of the issue, and billed based on the time and materials needed to fulfill the request. Higher rates will apply for support required outside of our regular business hours of 8am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

If your organization has its own IT department, your IT staff can take responsibility for fixing any security issues that we identify, using our expert analysis as a starting point. Your IT staff will also execute the network and workstation maintenance schedule and required administrative changes recommended in our Security Posture Plan and quarterly reviews.
Of course, if you lose IT personnel or availability becomes an issue, our contractual Managed Services or as-needed Technical Services can help fill in the gaps.
