Technical Support

Our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is our centralized resource for all post-sale technical support services. Here you'll find a team of experts who provide proactive maintenance support, network administration, systems configuration, and break/fix remediation services. If you have an issue you need resolved, or simply have a technical question, contacting our TAC Service Desk is the first step to get the help you need.

For the highest level of TAC responsiveness, we recommend choosing one of our customer-focused programs to support the technology products in your network environment.

Established Clients

Clients with established account, including credit terms, should contact our TAC directly to open a support ticket and service order. For urgent issues, call the numbers below – do not email.

New Clients

If you’ve not done business with us in the past, please contact our sales team to establish an account and receive a quote for IT support. Then, we’ll get your support request over to our TAC for scheduling. Contact a member of our Sales Team at 800.639.6757 or sales@getadvanced.net.

Remote Support and FTP Access

In order to expedite the resolution of your issue, the engineer working on your service order may request that you:

  • join him/her for a remote support session using our remote support interface page
  • upload/download required files to/from our ftp site

Company Holidays

We offer IT support 365 days per year, but support needed on holidays may be subject to a higher rate. Plan ahead with our list of published company holidays:
