Our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is the place to go for all post-sale technical resources you need. Here you’ll find a team of experts, in a wide variety of technologies, who provide proactive support, network administration/configuration services, and break/fix remediation services.  Regardless of the nature or severity of your issue, our TAC is your one-stop-shop for help. remote support and ftp access

The network engineer working on your service order may request that you join him/her for a remote support session, or that you upload/download some files or documentation on our FTP site. Here are the links to those sites:

We offer IT support 365 days per year, but support needed on holidays may be subject to a higher rate. Plan ahead with our list of published company holidays:
